• Promotion Period: Opens Friday, 7 August 2026 at 9:00am AEST. Closes Wednesday, 30 September 2026 at 11:59pm AEST, extended from the original closing date of Friday, 28 August 2026 in accordance with clause 8 below

• Draw date: Within five (5) business days of the promotion closing.

• Winner notification: The winner will be notified privately by email within five (5) business days of the draw (see clause 6). Public announcement of the winner (e.g. via LinkedIn or alongside publication of the report) may occur at a later date, at the Promoter's discretion. With the winner's consent, their first name and organisation may be included in this announcement.

  1. Eligibility

• Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who complete The State of Technology in Injury Management: Australia 2026 survey and opt in to the prize draw.

• Entry is open to residents of Australia only.

• Employees (and immediate family members of employees) of Safer.app Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.

• Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of the number of times the survey is submitted.

• Entry is free - no purchase is necessary to enter or win.

  1. How to enter

• Complete The State of Technology in Injury Management: Australia 2026 survey in full.

• At the end of the survey, select "Yes" when asked if you would like to be entered into the prize draw, and provide your name and email address.

• Entrants may complete the survey anonymously and still decline the prize draw opt-in; providing contact details is entirely optional and separate from survey participation.

  1. The prize

• Prize: The winner may choose one of the following prizes: Apple iPad (11-inch, Wi-Fi, 128GB); or $600 AUD Visa Gift Card.

• Total prize value: Approximately $600 AUD (including GST), based on the recommended retail price at the commencement of the promotion. Both prize options are of equivalent value.

• Number of winners: One (1) winner.

• The winner will be asked to confirm their prize choice at the time of notification. Once selected, the prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted, except at the Promoter's discretion in accordance with the clause below.

• If either prize option (or a component of it) becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

• The prize does not include accessories, software, subscriptions, or mobile connectivity, unless expressly stated above.

  1. Winner selection

• The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

• The draw will be conducted electronically, and the process is not open to public attendance.

• The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  1. Notification and prize claim

• The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw, using the email address provided at entry.

• The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, or fails to claim the prize within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner from the remaining eligible entries.

• The Promoter is not responsible for any failure to receive notification due to spam filters, incorrect contact details provided by the entrant, or technical issues outside the Promoter's control.

  1. Privacy and use of personal information

• Personal information collected (name and email address) will be used solely for the purposes of conducting this prize draw and, where separately consented to, sending the entrant a copy of the published report or related marketing communications.

• Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy (safer.app/privacy) and the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

• Survey responses are collected and reported on an aggregated and/or anonymised basis, separately from prize draw contact details, and individual responses will not be attributed to named individuals in any published report without explicit consent.

  1. General conditions

• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the Promotion Period. Any such extension will be published on this page prior to the original closing date, and the updated closing date will govern the promotion from that point forward.

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries.

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, breaching these terms, or engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward the Promoter or its staff.

• The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotion, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, in the event of anything that corrupts or affects the proper conduct of the promotion.

• Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or modifies any statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

• This promotion is governed by the laws of Western Australia, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
